Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of motion of a heald frame while suppressing consumption of electric power in an shedding machine driving the heald frame by a shedding driving motor independent from a loom driving motor.
SOLUTION: This shedding controller C1 for carrying out feedback control of an shedding driving motor 12 comprises the first rotation control pattern storage circuit 16 for storing the first rotation control pattern, the second rotation control pattern storage circuit 17 for storing the second rotation control pattern, a control pattern producing circuit 18 for producing the second rotation control pattern and a selection circuit 19. The control pattern-producing circuit 18 produces the second circuit control pattern based on rotation speed data obtained from a rotary encoder 20 for detection of rotation angle of a loom. The selection circuit 19 selects either one of the first and second rotation control patterns based on rotation speed variation data obtained from the rotary encoder 20.
