Abstract:
To prevent malfunction such as incorrectly opening a gate to a user having no electric field communication terminal.
A controller 10 includes a measurement unit 13 for measuring the intensity of the received signal, and a comparison unit 14 compares the measured intensity of the signal measured by the measurement unit 13 with a predetermined threshold. When the measured intensity of the signal is higher than the threshold, the controller opens a gate, and when it is lower than the threshold, it keeps the gate closed. Thus, a user 200 having no transmitter 20 is prevented from incorrectly opening the gate 30, thereby improving the security.
