Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver high-pressure fluid at an arbitrary pressure value without being influenced by a load state, suppress noise caused by surging, and improve durability.
SOLUTION: In this device, high-pressure plungers 51, 52 are driven by a driving piston 50, the stroke of the high-pressure plunger 51 of a booster piston 4 which pressurizes fluid supplied from a supplied fluid source 2 and supplies it to a load 3 is detected by a displacement sensor 57, and the driving piston 50 is driven by generating driving fluid by a driving fluid source 6. The direction and the fluid flow of the driving fluid to be supplied to the driving piston 50 is controlled by a control valve 7. The control valve 7 is controlled by outputting a control signal corresponding to a control command signal by a control circuit 8, and the control signal is corrected based on a signal from the displacement sensor 57.
