To keep a locked state in spite of turning off a power switch and interrupting a power source and to prevent this state from easily unlocked by locking a door by a user's specified switch operation with respect to a controller for a laundry device with a mechanism locking the door opening/closing the opening part of a device main body.
The opening and closing of the door opening/closing the opening part of the device main body is detected by a door opening and closing detecting means 55, the door is locked in a closed state by a solenoid 39, a holding means holds a locked state and a locked state detecting means 43 detects whether the door is in the locked or unlocked state. A control means 45 controls a series of washing, rinsing, dehydrating and drying to be operated automatically, drives the solenoid 39 to keep the door locked by the continuous and simultaneous pressing of one or more specific switches for prescribed time, and prohibits all the reception of an input setting means 49 after this.
