Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable winding suitable for bobbin-shape to be achieved by adding one side output value of PID operational circuit as it is to the other side feed- forward output computed according to corrections of a bobbin diameter and a bobbin shape and inputting the output in a motor drive circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The reference position α of a dancer caller and the output value β of an angle detector 6 are fed in a comparator 20 and a deviation (β-α) therefor is fed in a PID operational circuit 21. The output of the PID operational circuit 21 is added thereto by means of an adder 22 and simultaneously fed in a bobbin diameter/shape regulation processor 23. Meanwhile, respective signals of an angle sensor 14, a bobbin-shape feeder 12d and a bobbin-shaft feeder 12e are fed in and stored in a bobbin rotational angle processor 24. And, when the bobbin diameter/shape regulation processor 23 has its signal outputted, it is fed in the bobbin rotational angle processor 24, so as to rewrite the concerning correction factor which may be fed, as an output, into a motor drive circuit 27 together with the output signal of a linear speed sensor 15 so as to have the motor drive controlled.
