Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device and printer which can suppress deflection deformation of plural types of roll-shaped media different in lengths in the shaft direction.SOLUTION: A conveyance device comprises: a support shaft 41 which is inserted to a shaft hole 27 provided in a core material 26 of a roll-shaped medium 21; and a holding part 22 which holds both ends of the support shaft 41 rotatably. The support shaft 41 includes protrusion parts 45 which can protrude in a direction intersecting the shaft direction on both a base end region where the first end of the roll-shaped medium 21 is arranged and a tip region where the second end of the roll-shaped medium 21 is arranged, and the number of the protrusion parts 45 provided in the tip region is larger than the number of the protrusion parts 45 provided in the base end region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
