Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop a conveyed matter without shock by elevatably installing a convey roller driving means and a convey roller braking means on an elevating platform, and the convey roller is braked in a condition that the rotary driving of the convey roller by the convey roller driving means, is released.
SOLUTION: A driving roller 20 is lifted by the lifting of an elevating platform 19 by an air cylinder 18 of each stop position S, and a driving belt 10 drives the convey rollers 9, in a conveying condition of a transport conveyer. Simultaneously, the gaps generated between the taper faces 27a, 27b, and the outer peripheral faces of a pair of convey rollers release the braking to the convey rollers 9. On the other hand, the driving belt 10 is kept into contact with the convey rollers 9 excluding that at the stop position S, to rotate and drive the same, thereby a conveyed matter on the convey rollers 9 is conveyed. An air cylinder 18 of the stop position S is operated when the conveyed matter is closed to the stop position S, thereby four driving rollers 20 are lowered with the elevating platform 19, the contact condition of the driving belt 10 with six convey rollers 9, is released, and the conveyed matter is stopped.
