Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent packages from entering a downstream conveyer in a parallel relations by arranging an internal lane to energize articles laterally inward toward a sidewall and an intermediate lane to energize the articles laterally outward separating from the sidewall.
SOLUTION: A roller 54 of an internal lane 44 is so inclined that a lateral outer end 54' is configured in front a lateral inner end 54". As a result, the internal lane 44 provides a conveying force acting in the direction having vertically front directional component L and a lateral inward direction component L' to a package. Therefore, the package advancing by the internal lane is deviated to the inner wall. The roller 56 of the intermediate lane 46 is so inclined that the lateral outer end 56" is configured in front of the lateral outer end 56'. Therefore, the intermediate lane 46 provides a conveying force acting in the direction having a vertically front directional component L and a laterally outward directional component L" to the package. This constitution can prevent packages entering a downstream conveyer in the parallel relation.
