To substantially reduce smoke in cooking, improve the result of a cooked object, and remarkably enhance the cleaning property, and in addition, shorten the cooking time, and further simplify the configuration for realizing them and enhance reliability.
A cooker includes: a grill pan 8 which is disposed detachably in a grill chamber 4 and on which an object to be cooked is mounted; grill heating means 9 which is first heating means for heating the object to be cooked 7 from above, and second heating means for heating the object to be cooked 7 from below. The second heating means includes a grill heating coil 13 for performing induction heating and arranged outside and below the grill chamber 4. At least a part of the grill pan 8 is formed of a material heated by induction heating. The grill chamber 4, at least a part of a bottom face part 14 of which is formed of a material hardly heated by induction heating, includes a coil support member 24 for mounting and supporting the grill heating coil 13.
