The dough of the cookie is entirely the same as that of a conventional one and this dough is formed in a prescribed shape through the use of a die, etc., to be baked in a prescribed temperature. However, on a stage where 80% with respect to a perfectly baked state is baked as a whole, baking is finished and on a stage where a baked color is not added to the surface, the pattern is drawn with almu and glucose {desirably, about 50wt.% almu and about 30% glucose}. By additionally heating and perfectly backing this cookie at home, the objective cookie is obtained.
