PURPOSE: To supply the inner periphery of a burner with sufficient secondary air preventing it from being contaminated by soup and the like by a method wherein the secondary air channel for inner periphery of a burner is almost separately formed of a soup receiving cap and a catch plate.
CONSTITUTION: Burning air is preriminarily mixed to be supplied by a mixing tube 11 while the secondary air for inner and outer air of a burner is respectively supplied for burning from a port 17 for inner air of a catch plate 15 and from a pore 21 provided on a slope 20 of a crown plate 19. The secondary air from the pore 21 is supplied as a downward stream from a gap 24 along a tripod base inner periphery 25 to be supplied for the outer periphery of the burner along a soup receiving cap 12. Besides, a central air communicating hole 6 is subject to a draft to supply the inner periphery of burner flame with the secondary air from the port 17 for inner air. Meanwhile when some boiled soup is spilt over, the soup dripping from said central hole 6 is directly received by the saucer 15 while the soup dripping over the outer periphery of burner is received from the soup receiving cap 12 to the saucer 15 and the soup split over a tripod base 23 is received by the catch plate 15 of a top plate 19 not to be dripped downward.
