To provide a device capable of accurately determining suitability of cooling holes caused by adhesion of foreign matters regarding a disk rotor having cooling holes with unequal pitches.
Measured passing light beam data 9a, 9b, 9c and etc are input by crossing beams of light while rotating the disk rotor in which three cooling holes gradually changed in size are regularly formed as one set. Measured passing light beam data of cooling holes being equal in size are grouped into three groups A, B, and C such as groups of 9a and 9d, 9b and 9e, and 9c and 9f respectively, and mean values Aa, Bb, and Cc of the respective groups are calculated. Reference values of respective groups Aa, Bb, and Cc are set by adding tolerances ±x to the mean values Aa, Bb, and Cc respectively. The reference values and the measured passing light beam data 9a, 9b, 9c and etc of respective groups Aa, Bb, and Cc are individually compared, and then, the cooling holes is determined to be suitable or not if of foreign matters are present or not inside the hole.
