To provide a copying machine system which provides an automatic monitor of a copying machine status.
The copying machine system of this invention can monitor with a personal computer from a remote place, can connect the copying machine comprising a control computer which controls a performance of the copying machine, and a control panel receiving a data from a control computer, and can connect a personal computer and two or more apparatuses. It is a two-way network configured branching into two or more of these apparatuses from the personal computer and each line of this network contains at least a pair of a signal line. In this pair of the signal line, it has a chip prepared to the copying machine which provides a universal interface connectable with a network constituted so that an asynchronous and sequential flow data might be transmitted, and a storage which holds the data comprising an information pattern for identifying the copying machine remotely in the network prepared to the copying machine, and the data comprising the information pattern after an electric power is removed.
