CONSTITUTION: When data retrieved from a data base (constructed of a magneto-optical disk 4 as a recording medium) by a retrieving means 2b, or the data outputted from a reader part are stored in a frame memory 6b, the data are image-displayed at the specific window of a display means (LCD panel L), a desired picture edition is implemented to the picture image-displayed at the specific window of the display means by an editing means 2a, and the data retrieved from the data base by the retrieving means 2b and/or the data outputted from the reader part can be edited and outputted by a printer part 1a.
