Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prepare an ideal healthy drink rich in calcium and other nutritive ingredients, by mixing an extract of corbicula and lemon juice with high-quality water.

CONSTITUTION: Water is added to corbiculas until they are nearly immersed in water, and the corbiculas are boiled by a high fire. After all the shells are opened, they are boiled by a middle or lower fire of 5W6min to give an extract of corbicula. This extract of corbicula and lemon juice are blended with high-quality water in any blending ratio, for example, 30wt% extract of corbicula and 10wt% lemon juice are blended with 60wt% water, and, if necessary, sugar, grape sugar, etc. are added to the blend so that it is sweetened.
