PURPOSE: To obtain the subject bread having high nutritive value and containing abundant dietary fiber by crushing corn granules, roasting, mixing into bread dough and baking.
CONSTITUTION: Corn granules are crushed and roasted, then mixed into bread dough preferably containing activated gluten, thus baked to afford the aimed bread.
