Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the conveyance posture of a corrugated cardboard sheet and facilitate the order change work.SOLUTION: Each printing unit includes: a printing cylinder around which a printing sheet is wound in a replaceable manner; a feeding plate which is provided in a prescribed feeding angle region out of the entire circumference region of the outer peripheral surface of the printing cylinder; and a phase adjustment unit which can be operated so as to adjust the rotation phase of the printing cylinder. A control unit for controlling the operation of the plurality of printing units executes: first adjustment processing of adjusting the rotation phase of the printing cylinder of the printing unit performing the printing operation by controlling the operation of the phase adjustment unit so that the printing plate of the printing sheet of the printing unit performing the printing operation is engaged with the corrugated cardboard sheet at the prescribed printing position of the corrugated cardboard sheet; and second adjustment processing of adjusting the rotation phase of the printing cylinder of the printing unit performing no printing operation by controlling the operation of the phase adjustment unit so that the feeding plate of the printing unit performing no printing operation is engaged with the corrugated cardboard sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
