To eliminate an artificial counting mistake and to enable the counting of thin sheet members with high accuracy by making a device have a constitution that the number of these sheet members can be counted by using mechanical force.

Because the tip parts are made uniform, the distance with the optical sensor becomes constant and the counting can be surely performed.
