This cover member having the layer structure is provided with the uppermost layer 101, a bottom face layer 103, and an intermediate layer 102 arranged between the uppermost layer 101 and the bottom face layer 103. These layers 101, 102, 103 have a substrate constituted by a mixture of polyolefin and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and the substrate remains substantially the same for all of these three layers. Filler does not exist substantially in the substrate in the uppermost layer 101 which has first density. The bottom face layer 103 contains filler to have second density larger than the first density. The intermediate layer 102 contains filler to have third density being intermediate density between the first density in the uppermost layer 101 and the second density in the bottom face layer 103.
