To provide a crime prevention device which is available for an opening/closing body having no electric wires arranged therein, and prevents forced opening of the opening/closing body.
The crime prevention device 3 is formed of: a battery unit 9; a triaxial vibration detecting sensor 11 for detecting vibration of a door body 1; a crime prevention control section 10 for determining whether or not the door body 1 undergoes an unusual state upon input thereto a detection signal from the triaxial vibration detecting sensor 11, and outputting an abnormality detection signal, to thereby carry out crime prevention activation; and an auxiliary lock device 13 for setting the door body 1 in an opening inhibited state, in response to the abnormality detection signal in a casing.
