PURPOSE: To easily remove crude refuse by forming radial walls which segment the front surface of a draining plate to a plurality in a rotating body and inclining the radial walls with respect to a feed port.

CONSTITUTION: The crude refuse is crushed by a disposer 1 and is sent via a connecting pipe 6 to a dehydrating machine 5. The crude refuse is guided through the connecting pipe 6, a communicating pipe 45 and the feed port 43 onto the draining plate 25 in a space enclosed by the radial walls 34 of a rotating body 32 of a draining part and a cylindrical wall 35. The crude refuse is guided by about 3/4 turn toward the aperture 30 of the draining plate 25 as the rotating body 32 rotates. The crude refuse is drained while moving on the draining plate 25. The crude refuse packed in the slits 28 is scraped by a brush 36 formed on the base of the rotating body 32 and the clogging of the slits 28 is obviated.
