Abstract:

To provide a method for culturing Tricholoma matsutake fungus, capable of increasing the yield of the Tricholoma matsutake fungus of which growth has been slow and the yield has been low hitherto and not spending a long time for condensing cultured filtrate by making a culture medium include a specific dried symbiotic mold for culturing Tricholoma matsutake fungus and culturing the Tricholoma fungus.

A symbiotic mold of Tricholoma matsutake fungus, e.g. M. ramanniana is subjected to inactivation treatment such as cell crushing and dried and the resultant dried symbiotic mold is included in Tricholoma fungus to culture the Tricholoma. Furthermore, culturing temperature is preferably 18-28°C and a nucleic acid-related substance, an inorganic salt, a plant hormone, lignin, a sugar complex, etc., are preferably added to the culture medium.
