Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free radical radiation-curable liquid for ink jet printing of food packaging materials containing one or more kind of initiator.SOLUTION: There is provided the polymerizable liquid containing a) 25 to 100 wt.% of one or more kind of polymerizable compound A having at least one acrylate group and at least one second ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable group selected from vinylether group, allylether group and allylester group, b) 0 to 55 wt.% of one or more kind of polymerizable compound B selected from monofunctional acrylate and bifunctional acrylate, and c) 0 to 55 wt.% of one or more kind of polymerizable compound C selected from tri to hexafunctional acrylate, with the proviso that if the wt.% of the compound B>24 wt.%, then the wt.% of the compound C>1 wt.% and wherein all wt.% of A, B and C are based on the total weight of the polymerizable composition.
