Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a fiber bundle and a cured form slipping and enhance the bending strength of a cured gypsum form by providing a knotted part.

CONSTITUTION: After forming a first layer 11, a gypsum kneaded product containing foam is supplied to the upper surface of the first layer 11 through a fiber bundle 21 to form a second layer 12. Further, the gypsum kneaded product is supplied to the upper surface of the second layer 12 through the fiber bundle 22 to form a third layer 13. A knotted part 31 is provided on the fiber bundles 21, 22.
