Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current generation circuit which can output current where noise is suppressed by converting fixed voltage into current by resistors provided with first and second temperature characteristics and obtaining the difference of two currents.
SOLUTION: The output terminal of a fixed voltage generation circuit 3 outputs first and second fixed voltages which are almost constant against the temperature. A voltage/current conversion circuit 4 inputs the output voltage of the fixed voltage generation circuit 3, generates new voltage and inputs it to the bases of the transistors 41 and 42 of a voltage/current conversion circuit 5. The resistors 43 and 44-46 provided with the first and second temperature characteristics are connected to the emitters of the transistors 41 and 42 and voltage given to the bases are individually converted into current. The collector current of the transistor 41 is inverted in transistors 143 and 144 and is given to the collector of the transistor 42. The collectors of the transistors 42 and 144 are connected in common and current having the characteristic of the difference of the first and second temperature characteristics can be taken out.
