Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device which can efficiently attach and detach a cutting blade with respect to a support flange.SOLUTION: Cutting means in a cutting device is equipped with a support flange mounted to a tip of a spindle, a cutting blade which is attachably and detachably supported on the support flange, and a fixation flange for fixing the cutting blade supported on the support flange. The support flange includes a boss part in which an opening formed at a center of the cutting blade is inserted, a flange part which is integrally formed on an outer periphery of the boss part and supports a face of the cutting blade, and a cylindrical part which is fitted to the tip of the spindle. A vacuum hole, which opens to the fixation flange side, is formed in the flange part of the support flange, a communication hole, which communicates with the vacuum hole, is formed in the cylindrical part of the support flange, and the communication hole is selectively communicated with a suction source via a rotary joint fixed to a spindle housing and an on-off valve. Fine convexoconcave for increasing friction against the cutting blade is formed on a ring-shaped support face of the support flange and a ring-shaped presser face of the fixation flange.
