Abstract:
To provide a cutting face collapse monitor system which suppresses erroneous detection of a movable body other than stone fall of a cutting face.SOLUTION: A cutting face collapse monitor system 1 comprises: a camera 2; a monitoring device 3 which monitors a cutting face on the basis of a photographed cutting face image; and a warning lamp 4 and an alarming horn 5 which output an alarm when detecting stone fall of the cutting face. The monitoring device 3 comprises: a difference image creation part 21 which creates an output image by identifying a connection pixel that is regarded as a movable body in the cutting face image on the basis of a difference between the images; and a stone fall detection part 22 which sets on the output image a plurality of trigger lines extending in the horizontal direction with respect to the cutting face and arranged in parallel with each other in the vertical direction, determines the connection pixel overlapped on the plurality of trigger lines in the output image as a stone fall candidate, and detects the stone fall candidate as stone fall when detecting the stone fall candidate of the second output image that is consecutive in a time-series in the lower direction with respect to the stone fall candidate of the first output image by monitoring the position of the stone fall candidate with the plurality of trigger lines as the reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
