Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a cutting object by which a core material of a bast plant and another plant-based material of larger specific gravity can be collectively cut and the core material is prevented from being into a powdery state at cutting, and to provide the acquired cutting object, a woody board using it and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes the steps of: adjusting an object to be cut containing a core material containing water, and another plant-based material of larger specific gravity than the core material in an equilibrium moisture state; and cutting by using a ring flaker 1 which has a cutting blade holding body in which a cutting blade is held in a ring shape and arranged on the outer peripheral side than the object to be cut. The cutting object contains woody chips made of the core material and a sieve with opening of 1 mm, and woody chips made of another plant-based material and a sieve with opening of 1 mm. In the woody chip made of the core material, a maximum length Lof a principal surface is 15 mm to 38 mm, and a maximum thickness Lis 1/3 or less of the maximum length L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
