Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lock capable of accurately and swiftly moving a tumbler to an unlocking position when inserting a key, without causing the tumbler to rotate more than assumed.SOLUTION: A cylinder lock 10 includes an outer cylinder 12, an inner cylinder relatively rotatable to the outer cylinder 12, and tumblers at least rotatable between a locking position of prohibiting the relative rotation of the inner cylinder to the outer cylinder 12 and an unlocking position of allowing the relative rotation of the inner cylinder to the outer cylinder 12. Further, after rotated in a predetermined direction by a key 42 of the cylinder lock 10, the tumblers are regulated from being rotated by the key 42 in both of the predetermined direction and the opposite direction thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
