Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve response property lightening a secondary side rod by weight, by organizing a secondary side shifting element for a hollow structure having necessary and minimum thickness. CONSTITUTION:So far as a primary side magnetic flux generator 7 of a cylindrical linear pulse motor is concerned, cores 2, 3 and a permanent magnet 6 are attached to the inner circumference of a cylindric case 21 and coils 4, 5 are attached to the cores 2, 3. And supporting members 22, 23 are fitted on the both end opening of the case 21, and a shaft 24 is attached to the center of the members. In the outer circumference of the shaft 24, a cylindrical secondary shifting element 27 is arranged via a pole 25 and a cylindrical retaining member 26. And in the outer circumference of the secondary side shifting element 27, the teeth 27a corresponding and confronting to the teeth 2a-3b of the cores, 2, 3 are formed. Then, when a desired pulse signal is transmitted to the coils 4, 5, magnetic flux is generated in turn in a space G and as the result, the secondary side shifting element 27 moves in a step form along the hollow means of the generator 7.
