Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change design of a limited number of articles of a damask-covered interior material by the manner of use thereof and to substantially increase the number of articles thereof.
SOLUTION: The damask-covered interior material is composed by superimposing a surface mesh fabric 11 in which meshes 15 are continuously distributed on an exterior fabric 13. The surface mesh fabric 11 is composed of bright yarns 14 containing ≥50 wt.% of bright synthetic fibers having ≤0.2 wt.% of titanium oxide content. The void ratio occupied by void area in the interior of the meshes (15) in unit area (1 cm2) of each 10 mm of length/width in the surface mesh fabric 11 is 20-90%. The several kinds of surface mesh fabric 11 different in specifications of the void ratio, woven or knitted fabric structure, color tone, etc., of the meshes 15 can be selected to change the beautiful appearance of the exterior fabric 13. The number of articles of the damask-covered interior material can be increased by the manner of combining the surface mesh fabric 11 with the exterior fabric 13.
