Abstract:

To easily and securely match data without rearranging media by reading pieces of data out of a storage means in order and recording the read data on recording media in order from either of the head or tail.

A terminal machine 1 is connected to a server 4 through a communication line 3 and a storage device 5 is connected as a data base to the server 4. Then data of respective documents are inputted in order through key operation on the terminal machine 1, and rearranged and displayed on the monitor 1a of the terminal machine 1 from the top to the bottom in the input order, and all the displayed data are recorded on document cards by a printer 2 in order from the tail to the head. Consequently, the data can be collated easily and securely without rearranging the media.
