To interrupt a communication device and to transmits data, even while the communication device communicates with another communication device by making a frame that is preliminarily defined among frames except a receiving frame a waiting frame and defining a frame that is preliminarily defined among frames except the receiving frame a transmission frame.
A communicating terminal performs each frame transmission and receiving with a communicating repeater. A controlling part 104 of the communicating terminal prevents a self-transmittable slot from performing a transmission operation one time in an N frame and receives an interrupt with the listen slot. The N is an optional value that is agreed to between the devices beforehand. A controlling part 104 of the communicating repeater performs a receiving operation even in a listen slot, waits for receiving from other terminals, and transmits to the communicating terminal with a self- transmission frame except a waiting frame. A controlling part 104 of an interrupting terminal synthesizes with a signal of the communicating repeater of a host machine, waits for a listen slot synchronizing signal and performs data transmission to the communicating repeater in the next listen slot.
