The controller 10 has: a DC/DC converter controller 12 for controlling the DC/DC converter 3 so that a first monitor value I obtained by monitoring the output of the DC/DC converter 3 becomes equal to the target value; and a DC power generation circuit controller 13 for controlling the control amount of the DC power generation circuit 2 on the basis of the control pattern.
