Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stabilize paper quality by defoaming at the liquid level of a surface sizing solution in a reservoir by an inexpensive simple means.
CONSTITUTION: The objective defoaming can be accomplished by spraying the liquid level of a surface sizing solution in a reservoir with a surface sizing solution through a nozzle, hole or slit at a flow of 0.5-5.0l/min and pressure of 1.0-3.0kg/cm2.
