PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to eliminate any difference in the dividing range between a perspective image and a camera image at a division photo-taking, by displaying a same size frame on the perspective image display unit as a division photo-taking size at the division photo-taking. SOLUTION: An X-ray tube 14 irradiates an X-ray onto a to-be-inspected object 16, whose perspective X-ray image is then converted into a visible optical image by an image intensifier(I.I.) 2. The TV camera 4 then converts into the image signals the photo-taken image of the to-beinspected object converted into a visible optical image. The A/D converter 5 then converts the image signals from the TV camera 4 into the digital signals. The image display unit 9 is the one to display the photo-taken images each having been processed. The perspective images are retrieved into the perspective image processor 6 from the TV camera 4 in terms of image signals, by which the images are processed. The perspective image display unit 8 then displays the processed images for observation. The perspective image display unit 8 then displays a same size image frame as a division photo-taking size at the division photo- taking.
