Abstract:

To reduce heating energy sending back to a drying chamber, after cooling air having absorbed moisture from drying objects below a dew point and removing moisture.

This dehumidifying drier is provided with a primary side circuit 6 composed of a primary side blower 2a, a heating device 1, a drying chamber 3 to contain subject matter 4, and a high humidity side passage 8 of a dehumidifier 7, connected in this order, and a secondary side circuit 9 composed of a secondary side blower 2b and composed by connecting the low temperature side of the heat exchanger 5 to a low humidity side passage 10 and the high temperature side of the heat exchanger 5. the dehumidifier 7 is composed by partitioning the high humidity side passage 8 and the low humidity side passage 10 by a humidity permeable membrane 11 like an electrolytic membrane. Moisture is thus moved from the primary side circuit 6 to the secondary side circuit 9 by difference of partial pressure of steam, and air in the secondary side circuit need not be cooled, thereby energy consumption for heating air in the primary side circuit is greatly reduced.
