This deodorizing and dehumidifying sheet comprises two or more bag-like parts 4 formed by superposing two sheets 1 at least one of which has gas permeability, and bonding the outer edge parts 2 and inside parts 3 of both the sheets together, and granular charcoal 6 sealed in the bag-like parts 4. As the charcoal, bamboo charcoal and Bincho charcoal are preferably used.
