Abstract:

To provide a control method of desiliconization at the casting bed of the hot metal to perform the desiliconization by charging a desiliconizing agent in the hot metal discharged from a blast furnace.

The desiliconizing agent addition pattern control function is provided with the table of a desiliconizing agent addition pattern control 10 formed by accumulating actual data such as actual desiliconization control condition and desiliconization treatment of the actual addition quantity of the desiliconizing agent and forming condition, and the desiliconizing agent addition pattern suitable for the desiliconization treatment condition can be automatically selected. In order to perform the desiliconization at the casting bed of silicon contained in the hot metal, an initial set value of the desiliconization treatment condition is inputted in a process computer provided with the function of the desiliconizing agent addition pattern control 10, the desiliconizing agent addition pattern suitable to the initial set value is automatically selected, and the addition of the desiliconizing agent is controlled by an electric control system based on the selected desiliconizing agent addition pattern.
