To provide a destacking device widely applying to a planar workpiece, regardless of a surface state of the workpiece, and destacking laminated planar workpieces one sheet by one sheet without damaging the workpieces and at a low cost.
This destacking device includes a plurality of elastic rollers 12 and 22 opposed and arranged at the same height to place a laminated body of workpieces W. The plurality of elastic rollers 12 and 22 are synchronized and rotated toward the side of the laminated body placed horizontally between the elastic rollers 12 and 22 to deliver the laminated body to a lower side. Each of the elastic rollers 12 and 22 discharges only a workpiece W of the lowest layer to a lower side and is elastically deformed to continuously hold the workpiece W located on a layer next to the lowest layer.
