CONSTITUTION: This detergent compsn. is an aq. org. alkali soln. contg. a hydroxylated quaternary ammonium base as the main component, 0.005-5wt.% nonionic surfactant, and 0.01-10wt.% alkanolamine, and practically free from metal ion.
