Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the tacky adhesiveness to an inside layer while taking advantage of the non-tacky adhesiveness of a surface and to improve durability by forming a conductive rubber elastic material layer around a conductive supporting body and a surface protective layer consisting essentially of a fluororesin on its surface and specifying the respective water contact angles.
SOLUTION: The conductive rubber elastic material layer 3 consisting of a resin comps. having the water contact angle of 75 to 85° is formed around the conductive supporting body of a metallic shaft 2, etc., of the developing roller 1 used in contact with a photoreceptor by an electrophotographic system. The surface protective layer 4 consisting of the resin comps. consisting essentially of the fluororesin having the water contact angle of ≤90° is formed on its surface. The curing resin compsn. consisting essentially of a polymer having an alkenyl group in the molecule and consisting of oxyalkylene in the repeating unit constituting the main chain, a hardener having ≥2 hydrosilyl groups in the molecule, a hydrosilyl catalyst and an electric conductivity imparting agent is used as the conductive rubber elastic material layer.
