Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for the automatic charging of cut octopus flesh in an octopus dumpling baking apparatus for separately transporting the cut octopus flesh pieces and surely charging the pieces to the dough for the octopus dumpling.
SOLUTION: A cut octopus flesh piece 6 is vibrated with a vibrator 10 to form a tentative surface layer for preventing the adhesion and coagulation of the pieces 6 in a container case 12. The piece 6 is sucked with a suction nozzle 14 connected to a vacuum pump 17, transferred above the dough of the dumpling, blown with air to temporarily support the piece in a charging pallet and thrown from the pallet onto the dough synchronized with the arrival of a baking plate.
