Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to continuously regulate the feeler sensitivity in control of the weft insertion of a loom.
CONSTITUTION: A selector 38 is provided with a storage device 39 to which the feeler sensitivity value coinciding with the count of the weft 5 to 8 passing the eyes 9 to 16 of respective rods 17 to 24 of the weft supply device 25 relating to the respective rods is supplied. The selector 38 is electrically connected to a piezoelectric weft passage sensor-comparator 34 and is controlled by a logic controller 35 with the same electric pulses as the electric pulses used for selecting the rods 17 to 24 of the weft supply device 25.
