Title:
DEVICE FOR DETECTING PHASE SHIFT OF PRINTING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3708385
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting phase shift of a printing machine, in which structure is simple and installation cost is inexpensive and also sufficiently satisfying performance is exhibited.
SOLUTION: The device for detecting phase shift of the printing machine is equipped with a middle shaft freely rotatably supported on a member on the stationary side of the printing machine, a first detection gear relatively nonrotatably inserted on the middle shaft and a second detection gear relatively rotatably inserted on the middle shaft. One hand of the first and second detection gears is individually connected to a first driving gear coaxially and integrally equipped on the rear segment and the other hand thereof is individually connected to a second driving gear coaxially and integrally equipped on a reversal cylinder. In this connected state, the first and second detection gears are synchronously rotated in the same direction with the same number of revolutions. Phase shift caused between the rear segment and the reversal cylinder is shown as phase shift between these detection gears.
