Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject device increasing uniformity of a direct-flow rate by arranging an inside drum made of a sheet metal strip on the whole length of an inner peripheral part of the sheet metal strips in a screen drum, in direct-flow treating fiber products or the like with a treating solvent.
CONSTITUTION: This device has a screen drum on which a drum peripheral face is connected to a ventilator 6 which is covered with a screen-like covering layer 9 of fine mesh and treats fiber products, fleece or paper with a direct-flow in a gassy or liquid treating medium under an action of aspirating air. In the device, plural metal permeable thin foil inside drum 5 are provided along the inside of inner edge part 32 in a radius direction of a metal thin strip 10 extending to the whole length the screen drum in parallel state and a high air permeability is kept and a uniformity of flow rate flowing through the drum can be increased.
