To provide a device of exchanging an electrode of a plasma torch capable of easily performing electrode exchanging work in a small working space.
The device is provided with a torch holding member 40 holding a torch body 32 in an extended state in the nearly vertical direction so that the end screwed with the electrode becomes a lower end at a position separated upward from an installation surface, and an electrode holding member 50 connected to the torch holding member 40 and holding the electrode from the lower side. The electrode holding member 50 is provided with an engagement part 60 which abuts on the electrode from below for engaging with the electrode relatively unrotatably, and a supporting part supporting the engagement part 60 rotatably to the torch body 32. The engagement part 60 is arranged at the lower part of the torch body 32 and is rotated to screw the electrode to the torch body 32 or to cancel the screwing in an engaged state of with the electrode.
