To provide a device for filling a specimen container for thermal analysis with liquefied gas and a filling method capable of accurately filling the inside of the specimen container for the thermal analysis with a target filling amount of liquefied gas.
A device 1 for filling a specimen container for thermal analysis with liquefied gas comprises a specimen container 2 for the thermal analysis, cooling means 3 for cooling the specimen container 2, and first to third piping 4-6. One end of the first piping 4 is connected to a liquefied gas supply line 20 via a first on-off valve 7, and the other end is connected to the specimen container 2 via a second on-off valve 8. The second piping 5 includes pressure measurement means 10 at the other end, and the other end of the third piping 6 is connected to a vacuuming line 21 via a third on-off valve 9. A filling method is also provided.
