PURPOSE: To finish the tack and the sleeve of a shirt cleanly by preventing an iron trace from remaining on the sleeve when the tack and the sleeve are press-finished by a hot plate, and by preventing pressure power against the other side part of sleeve stand from decreasing when the hot plate is closed.

CONSTITUTION: A hot plate 6 is formed by a central iron 6a which presses the other side part of a sleeve stand 2 across its longitudinal direction and a pair of left and right of operation iron 6b connected closely to both side edges in the longitudinal direction of this central iron 6a, in the case of a sleeve finishing device for a shirt 3 which is provided with a sleeve stand 2 provided with an expansion bag along the longitudinal direction on one side part and the hot plate 6 for press-finishing the sleeve 3a of the shirt 3 laid on the sleeve stand 2. The iron face 6a1 of the central iron 6a is formed in a recessed curved surface shape matching the curved surface shape of the other side part. The operation iron 6b is formed so as to freely open/close by making a contact part 10 with the central iron 6a as z rotatory movement fulcrum.
