A casing 24 is divided into a casting chamber 66 having a casting die 25 to be disposed, a self-supporting expression chamber 67 for expressing a self-supporting property for a cast film 14, and a release chamber 68 containing a release roller 29 by first to third partitioning boards 61-63. The casting chamber 66 is formed so as to enclose the casting die 25 by respective partitioning boards 61, 62 and respective surfaces 71-73 and 76 for composing the casing 24. An infinite number of acoustic members 90 are provided on inner wall surfaces of respective surfaces 71-73 and 76 and a bottom surface 77. The acoustic member 90 is formed in an approximately wedge shape, and the tip end is extended toward an inner part of the casing 24. A temperature regulator 92 holds the acoustic member 90 at not less than the condensation point TR of the solvent in the casing 24.
